John Lindsay Slater ONZM; JP (Chairman)

Currently Director of Textile Associates Ltd. and Camad Investments Ltd as well as being a Trustee of ASB Community Trust. John has also been a Trustee of Presbyterian Support Northern (2002-2014) and a Director at Accident Compensation Corporation between 1995 and 2002.

Murray Stuart Lander

Currently Association Secretary for the New Zealand Automobile Association Inc., a position he has held for the last 18 years. Murray has a BA LLB qualification from Auckland University and has over 35 years of experience in commercial and trustee activities.

Allan Grant Smith

Achieved ACA degree – later converted to CA (Chartered Accountant). Bank of New Zealand 1952 to 1967. John Dickinson NZ Ltd becoming part of DRG Group in NZ 1967 to 1985 – Group Accountant. John Sands NZ Ltd 1985 to 2000 - Company Secretary and Finance Manager until retirement.

Ben Marris

Ben is a Company Owner and Managing Director with 20 years experience of operating his own businesses. He has been involved in advice and governance of class 4 gaming since 2000.
